the pain and heartaches...

I have no idea why, but somehow any sports team that i support are somewhat jinx... and somehow.. inconsistent...

If you have not known the teams.. its Miami Heat for the NBA and of course Liverpool for football!

Lets start off with liverpool... any football watcher will know that to support liverpool is one of the biggest stress one can ever have in their life... Reason for this is... we usually dominate games.. usually have the most possesion and the most chances... and we usually fail to score... the opposition, on the other hand... will have 1 or 2 attempt on goal.. and there you have it.. the scoreline will be 1-0.. with liverpool losing...

Sure.. im not sayin that we are that shit.. we are playin well this season.. winning 4-0, 8-0 and stuff like that.. which is pretty cool cause usually liverpool's scoreline will always be 1-0 or 0-1... so yeah.. we are scoring.. but its games like the one last week, liverpool vs man utd that reminded me of why it is so stressful to support liverpool...

As for miami heat... man.. this one im totally lost for words.. they are past their glory days.. gone were the days where i used to laugh at fang.. and after that asking him to put money on miami... how i won 100 dollars couz miami won the championship! hahahah.. those were the days..

No offence.. i still think d-wade is still the best player in the nba right now.. just think that the rest of the team is pretty much shit.. as im typing this very word right now.. the miami heat has just lost another game to new jersey nets.. their 3rd game in a row... 2nd OT lost in a row back to back.. man.. i give up...

Thats why... as for liverpool.. dont worry.. im not leavin you!! i still have faith in you and will continue supporting you.. as for the heat.... go screw yourself.. phoenix suns here i come!!!

As you all know... its graduation season.. well.. its graduation season for most of my IH friends who came in the same year as me... some have to stay a bit longer as they are doing longer degrees but generally.. its graduation time...

Wanted to call kenny and kai the other day to congratulate them.. but didnt know what time to call since KENNY DID NOT REPLY MY MSG.. still was quite fun chatting with them on msn through kenny's phone and to find out theres a guy in University of Melbourne.. or used to be since he graduated already.. by the name of Fu La Qi Bai ( think that was the spelling).. wth man.. if you dont know where im going with this... it sorta sounds like full of cibai or full la cibai, the latter being a sentence you will use to scold people who are forcing food down your tummy!!!

imagine a conversation like this (during a dinner conversation filled with ppl whom you met for the first time):

random person: eh.. have the last 2 pieces of chicken la.. so sayang to waste! think about the lil kids in *insert 4th world country of choice here*! btw, whats your name again.. forgot already

The artsy peeps graduation was just then... called up char and ying yi to congratulate them but couldnt get through to carmen or jeannie.. will try calin em later again to see whether can o not... And to find out that char graduated with a double degree in media and comm/commerce... haha.. char being a commerce student.. as if man.. as if!

ps. No she is not a commerce student.. just some error in the prints of the leaflet.. the peace of the world is restored once again!!

Think some of the commerce peeps are comin up on wednesday, daniel veron and cc.. dont know about keehong.. think he is the loner. hahaha!! go Klang mali.. haha

Makes me wonder.. technically, if i did study when i was in melb.. i would be graduating now as well! though itd be rather sad not to graduate with anyone that i know since i was doing IS and i was the only one in IH doing IS.. then again.. technically, if i graduated now.. it would mean that i actually attended classes and did my work/group work... thus i would have known people in my course.. thus i wouldnt be a loner...hmm.. interesting..

Sadness man.. everyone graduated d.. and i still have to wait till june 2009 *fingers crossed* to graduate.. ah well. at least i know ill be happy with the degree ill be getting then, at least i know my chances of geting a job with a business management degrees is higher than an IS degree...

Finally, at least i know that ill be able to get one of those graduation hats and throw it up in the air!!! though, trusting the weather there, itll be super windy, raining and such, so that my spiked up hair wil all be messed up and wet, my hat wil fly to some random place with no hope of recovering it ever again.... hmmm...

Ah well.. at least i still get a hat to throw....

ps. im trying to convince myself that the 2 extra years are worth it!!!

utterly broke... no thanks to a certain someone... hahha(wonders who)

very weird holiday im havin so far... have only gone out once.. 1 time.. to meet a friend.. and even then.. that was my neighbour.. haha.. still pretty sick so ive just been bummin at home.. restin and hopin that ill get better soon.. but it really doesnt look like it as ive been like this for the past 3 days...

haven drank a drop of alchohol.. havent been to 1u... or any shoppin centre for that matter.. haven been to laundry bar.. havent played basketball.. or golf... havent done anything.. come to think of it.. i think ive just wasted 3 full days!!!

Everyone is out and im stuck at home.. mum and 2 sis went shoppin... i wanna go shoppin too.. but im sick.. even more so.. im broke...

Mum always scolds me when i use the word broke in a money context... of course she wouldnt scold me if i said something like "i broke my knuckle" but she will if i say that im broke.. money wise...

But rite now.. that is exactly the situation im in.. would think that even if i went shoppin.. i cant buy anything.. just blew away like..RM 1900 yesterday buyin stuff online...

As for what i bought.. haha.. here comes the fun part..

I know i had a poll a while ago.. and majority was for PS3.. but nah la.. have to be practical.. the fact that i dont have money already.. and no one is sponsorin any of my gifts anymore.. that went out the window.. so whats left was the 'more practical items', items that isnt really a necesity, its something i want.. but i see it more of a necesity than the others...

Introducing.. firstly... the lomo LCA


Been wanting one of these babies for a long time.. and now.. its a done deal.. just have to wait for it.. and.. off i go.. well. have to figure out how to use it but that shouldnt be that hard.. reason for this being the top priority is because im plannin to travel to spain, holland and austria during the easter break and i wanna take lots and lots of photos.. and thats where the lomo comes into play!

This is how money-less i am.. couldnt even get a decent set.. had to settle for the most simple set... without any extra stuff like.. fish eye lens, wide angle lens and all. sadness sia... ah well.. still better than nothing...

And lastly.. the ipod nano ...

Got the red one since a part of the money will be for charity.. to the HIV charity fund i think

Had to downgrade from getting the ipod touch to the nano cause cant afford the touch by myself.. but ..ah well. its still an ipod.. cant complain.. and finally i can rock my tunes on the go.. happiness!!!

The expense of this.. had to return the coat and the trench that i bought from gap in order to afford anything.. ah well. one of those things.. fashion can wait.. technology cant...hahhaa

Now its a matter of waiting for the goods to come.. cant wait to start taking photos. cant wait.. even more so.. cant wait to fully recover to start going out and meeting with friends.. think ill be meetin up with wooby, sze lyn and stephanie ting on friday or wednesday nite.. then.. def wanna meet up with viv, sarah, izz (the johnie's) for mojitos at laundry.. the rest.. dont know man.. think i reli need to study this hols... as i have 2 assignments first week back.. lets see how..

6 panadols, 4 vitamin C's, 4 nurofen's, 6 herbal immunes, 3 ural powder thing within the last 24 hours and counting...

Am sick... think im down with fever.. sore throat.. the whole lot... The only reason i can think off was i slept in my dads room the night b4... yeah.. i usually sleep with my dad when im back.. mum sleeps in my room.. NO.. its not because of what you are thinkin right now, its cause my dads loves sleepin in a FREEZIN COLD room and my mom hates it.. so she sends me over instead...

So this is my dads room, NEW high powered air con set at 9 degrees if im not mistaken.. not only that.. dad recently bought a standing fan.. and he turns it on full blast blowin at his direction.. FREAKIN COLD I SWEAR... so yeah..last 2 nites havent had any sleep at all cause its way way way too cold for me man....... i do like sleepin with the aircon on but.. not his way of doing it man.. way too cold...

Nevertheless, hate being sick right now.. but i compiled a pros and cons argument list of being sick...

PROS
- I dont have to wake up at 745am in the morning
- Or be downstairs waiting by 8am
- I dont have to go for brekkie with dad
- Thus not havin to listen to his lectures
- I can sleep during the day ( family usually dont allow)
- I can just about ask for anything i want to eat


Cons
- Wont be able to go out with friends
- Thus wont be able to go to LAUNDRY for MOJITOS
- all these random pains im feeling
- all this random medication
- bad bad headache
- That led me to believe it was Amanda's b day as it was stated on facebook
- Even though her b day has past and i called her from UK to wish her happy birthday then
- Still cant think straight enuff
- And called her again to wish her happy birthday even though it wasnt her birthday...
- Woudnt be laughed at by her for making such a stupid mistake..
- Wouldnt have such bad memory
- Lost of appetite for food
- Even when i have appetite, so many things i cant eat as i have a bad sore throat
- Wont have to sleep in the hall as my family dont want me to spread my sickness
- Wont have to sleep on a HARD ass floor
- Wont have to wake up at 3am in the morning because i cant sleep anymore... to be so bored to the point i had to take out my laptop, turn it on and go on a rant like what im doing right now...

bad luck... and a bit of randomness

Swear my luck is cutting short of itself lately.. first it was the dislocated finger.. then.. the other day when i was rushing to catch the train to london..i slipped on the stairs and fell.. pretty badly.. on laptop bag.. think i hurt my right ankle pretty badly as well. couldnt walk well for the next 2 days but its better now.. not only that.. think i damaged my camera and laptop as i really fell on it.. and knowin how heavy i am.. the padding on my bag is definitely not enuff.. ooh. did i mention that i missed the train and had to wait for an hour and a half b4 the next one while my right ankle was in pain. and also the fact that i was so tired as i was packin all my stuff the nite b4...

Not only that.. went to london.. arrived paddington station and i needed to take the underground to my sis place so i had to get tickets.. the lines were long as... lined up.. waited for like..10 to 15 minutes.. and just when it was the girls turn in front of me.. the machine breaks down.. so i had to move to another line and wait again.. whilst waiting at the other line.. after like..3 or 4 minutes.. the machine at my previous line starts working again.. but b4 i noticed it.. there was a queue there already..... Did i also mention that i saw a pair of casual shoes at zara that i fancied but i didnt wanna try on the shoes that day as my feet hurt ( and most probably it was stinky as well).. so i thought on going back to the same zara 2 days later ( the day was flying off).. went in there.. and couldnt find the shoe.. they took it off already ( did you know that zara replaces clothes every 2 weeks..amazing stuff)... So yeah.. quite a list of bad luck happenings eh...

On to the random note... Quite weird and funny depending on how you wanna look at it. the last time i was in melb.. to say farewell and stuff. the nite i arrived.. i went for supper with maylin, joe, charmaine and one of maylin's friend that was visiting from malaysia ( who studies in LSE ).. though i didnt chat much with her.. we talked about uk and stuff. and i told her i was going to study there. and she offered to show me around whenever i was in london..

At first i thought it was all part and parcel of courtesy stuff lor.. like... say only but it wont happen... but i thought.. since im in london.. nothing to do.. mar i just msg her on facebook ask whether she wanna go for a cuppa.. and she said yes.. was kinda shocked.. ( no it was not a date.. just didnt have anything to do so i thought itll be cool to meet someone and chat using my malaysian accent instead of my fake british accent that i have not mastered)..

After seeing her facebook msg.. sayin that she was free to meet up.. i was actually a bit nervous lor.. like. i was thinking to myself.. man.. i dont even know her.. and i thought she was gonna say no... and now i dont know how its going to be.. like.. awkward no?

Anyhows.. decided to go in the end. met up with her .. had dinner with her.. and it wasnt awkward surprisingly.. nice person.. smart person (LSE), and yeah.. no awkwardness at all...

PS.. no i do not like her and i did not treat it as a date... it was a MEET UP!!!

So yeah.. thought that was pretty random but it was fun.. finally have a malaysian friend in UK..

Jet lag..

Finally home in malaysia... havent quite experienced the heat yet as i arived in the evening and the sun was already down by then.. but im sure its coming in just hours from now as its 7am in the morning now and the sun seems to be comin up as im typing this..

Flight was alrite apart from this annoyin guy next to me.. who didnt feel like going to the toilet the whole flight ( i was sitting on the aisle) until the air stewardess decides to serve food... made it even harder for me to let him get pass me couz i need to take my tray.. grab the earphones and the remote thingi..

Wanted to watch some movies on the flight..but.. somehow i didnt.. haha. ended up to listening songs.. same songs over and over again. by now you should all know. when im stuck to a song. or an album.. i just keep replayin it. and thankfully enuff.. the album im stuck to right now was there.. Lifehouse: who we are.. go get it if you havent gotten it.. really good album i have to say...

Also.. anyone of you heard of.. dont stop the music by rihanna... absolutely marvelous.. absolutely.. i can imagine myself at a club.. waiting for that song to come up.. and i havent felt that way in a long long time.. i think the last song that i was really pumped up was 1, 2 step by ciara or ride with you by joe & G unit.. i guess ne-yo songs also has the same effect..but not as much as this. its an awesome song.. go listen to it. awesome stuff. actually watched the music vid a while ago..but it was only the ending to it.. so it was the first time listening to the whole song.. and now im hooked..

Absolutely jet lagged.. weird. couz im usually not jet lagged at all if its australia.. but.. man..8 hours diff is a long long time.. and i guess it didnt help with the fact that i was trying to stay awake till 3:30am to watch liverpool's critical game against marseille.. turned out it wasnt that critical after all..

Good game by liverpool i say.. 4-0 away to marseille is not bad at all.. the played really well.. torres was awesome.. and gerard played like a captain should play.. really happy with the performance.. At the start of the game.. i saw gerard chatting with the ref after the coin toss and .. something looked odd... can you spot whats missing..

Carlsberg.... (pretty sure thats how its spelled) yeah. for some unknown reason they didnt have it there.. at first i thought. they ban alchohol advertising. but this is france okay.. everyone in france drinks.. everyone i mean... why would they ban it..? hmm. dont get it.. anyways.. im off to bed.. its 7 something in the morning.. so damn tired

PS.. this was actually written at 7 something in the morning but just when i decided to post it my house electricity got cut.. damn TNB.. not only did i not go to sleep couz its so so hot then.. my dad took me and my sis out for brekkie followed by going to the new house which is still in construction... lectured us about the house for hours.. just got back, had a shower and had lunch, and its already 2 something.. argh... and now its really time to go to bed.. will update when i wake up later..ta

Alison(my fav female dancer and also would have been my future wife if it wasnt for the rule that i cant date white girls) .. absolute shock.. i swear she was the best girl dancer.. much better than natalie.. heidi and donyelle.. man.. anyone is better than donyelle.. so pissed off when she got kicked out.. sad. sad (just check out the vids below and you will know why.. will post more vidz of her next time.. but just by seeing the vidz below you will know why i think shes the best..not think.. i know shes the best)

As for this year.. by right my fav dancer was jessi peralta but she got kicked out for some controversial thing.. So my next fav female dancer was Sara...aka miss Von.. and she got kicked out in the top 8... hmm.. think i should watch season one and see whether my fav female gets kicked out in the top 8 as well.. that would mean there is a positive corelation!! haha and the female i support next season will get kicked out in the top 8 as well.. and not win.. now thats just not fair...

I have no recollection whatsoever on how i stumbled upon this vid on youtube.. just somehow did.. Everyone knows who the jackson 5 is? thought ppl would know but .. just in case you dont.. it was formerly michael jackson's band? Thats actually how he got famous.. the jackson family was quite famous back then.. where michael and his 4 other siblings were known as the jackson 5(latoya and janet werent in, and jermain..the eldest brother went solo) I actually think there was one more person who took over michael's spot when he went solo.. not too sure.. read it on wikipedia.. go check it out if you're curious...

What im trying to get at here b4 i totally miss the point.. was that.. i was watching the vid.. and. wow.. they were pretty famous.. the fact that i could recognise.. 4 or 5 of their songs.. good stuff.. good songs.. its the old school disco...r&b.. it wat started it all for black r&b in all honesty.. And.. its very different.. its the innocent type of r&b.. funny and at times lame stupid lyrics..but the beat.. the BEAT was there.. the tune was there and the soul was there.. def worth checking it out if you are interested...

This vid was on a reunion concert thing 6 years ago.. some 30 years later if im not mistaken.. 30 years anniversary thing.. And.. have to say.. for ppl in their 40's and 50's.. they can still perform man... not bad.. and.. the songs are good.. i really liked it.. and you can see the crowd. the love it...

The biggest thing i love about it is that its ... different from the songs today.. or.. the concerts today.. its just different.. Not once on that concert do you see sexy girls wearing skimpy clothes dancing on poles... the artiste having to change outfit every 10 seconds.. fancy props/settings(eg.. jungle theme for britney spear's im a slave for you if im not mistaken) , no random gimmicks like getting hundreds of school girls on the stage dancing ( i think TATU ~ yes the lesbian girls... i think they did that). Its just pure voice.. music.. simple dancing... and its good entertainment...

Im not saying that modern concerts are shit.. man.. i love usher..chris brown..ne-yo(though i doubt ill like him in concert couz he doesnt dance well). And of course.. i love their concerts filled with hot dancers etc.. but.. i think... as for the vid that i saw of jackson 5.. its just different.. and i respect them even more as they dont have all this props to work witih. no dancers.. its just them.. its just the music.. the beat.. the soul... and they still put on a great show...Enjoy...

Friends Provident...

I entered a marketing competition organised by this company called friends provident(top 100 companies in the UK) together with our business school..(Woot!!).


yeah yeah.. i know all of you would be wondering right now.. Eddie.. business school competition.. just doesnt add up.. but yeah.. i did..


We had our presentation today.. the challenge was to market friends provident(insurance company) towards younger audiences.. just about as impossible as it gets.. come on man.. why would young ppl wanna think about insurance.. they just started work and have to pay off all their debts. they hardly have enuff money rite now and why would they think of insurance...


Rather impractical but a challenge is a challenge... My group stayed up last nite till 1am in the morning just fixing the presentation (the competition has been runnin for the past 6 weeks but we needed finishing touches to be done yesterday) Shit thing is we started the meeting at 4pm.. non stop till 1. so much efford...


The presentation went on today.. we thought we did quite well but we did not make it to the final 2. We were not that far off as we were in 3rd place.. so yeah.. we got a bottle of wine each .. some chocolates and some diary folder thing by by friends provident.. We also won the prize for having the most innovative idea.. guess whos idea it was.. who who who.. MMEEEEEEE!!!!


so yeah man.. i got brains.. i got brains!!!


On another note.. went to see the doctor yesterday about my finger and he said it is going well. it is healing and in 2 or 3 weeks time i will gain full functionality of my finger again.. problem is.. my knuckle will never be in place anymore.. it will always be a bit dropped when i try to clench my fist.. just like the photos you can see in my earlier post.. so much for me being a hand model..


Also.. one last final note.. guess what.. i have got the weirdest email today.. weirdest.. i was shocked to get an email like that.... Enlarge the photo below and you will know why...

Yeah.. thats rite.. that kevin davies guy is a friend of mine.. i wouldnt say he is my close mate couz obviously we are not that close... i met him at a short development course i attended in july when i was back in malaysia.. and yeah.. got along and yeah.. we're friends..

Successful guy as well yet humble still...(drives a mini as well) And i remember him telling me how he met his fiance, Elaine Daly.. at the exclusive watch showcase thing(yeah.. he is prety posh and has good taste with what he wears and drives..exactly what i wish i would be in 10 years time).. and the best part was.. he told me that he didnt know who she was then!!If im not mistaken.. he said he didnt know she was former miss malaysia when he asked her out or when they started dating...(not sure about that but im definitely sure he said he didnt know who she was when they first met) quite funny i have to say.. and he said he met her again weeks later when he had to go for a meeting with some lawyers as Elaine is now a BAR member(some malaysian law thingo).. and its the exact same story as the papers got it..

Got the privilege to meet Elaine once.. nice person.. down to earth.. and when i met her.. it was all before Kevin told me that he was dating former miss malaysia.. nor did i know that she was miss malaysia.. so yeah. just met her as her... and only minutes after that my friend asked me.. eh.. you know who is that or not.. and im like... Elaine la.. kevin's girl.. and my friend said.. did you know that she was former miss malaysia.. *SHOCK*..

So yeah.. there it is.. im proud to say i know the person whos engaged to Elaine Daly.. nice people..both Elaine and Kevin.. down to earth even when they are so successful.. prob the only thing i have agaisnt kevin is the football team that he supports.. EVERTON..

Ah well.. plannin to meet up with him when i head back to malaysia and find out more on whats going on! hahaha you know la..the kepo-ness inside of me!!

Random note.. didnt know that i somehow know a couple of miss malaysia contestants.. or sorta know them.. apparently one of them is my high school friend's girlfriend..not sure which one she is.. she didnt win though...

Anyone heard of her? Was doin my daily routine of reading random blogs and bump into readin about her in kenny sia's blog. Our new pepsi ambassador and also winner of 'one in a million'. Shes not bad looking as well..


So with the power of technology these days and .. of course.. the power of google.com in your hands, and me being so bored and looking for a reason to procrastinate, i decided to check out who she was.. read some stuff from wikipedia.. youtube vids and all.. (yeah im a stalker).. this is my conclusion.. she aint all that bad... From the info i got off from wikipedia and youtube stuff.. shes from seremban.. normal family and all.. And yeah.. in one of those interviews b4 the contestants perform on 'one in a million'(which is something like malaysian idol.. its all the same at the end of the day).. she mentioned that if she wins a million dollars(thus the name of the show), she wants to get her music career under way.. and hopefully if she gets richer.. she wants to open a more affordable music institute for ppl who are poorer and cant afford other music institutes! and hopefully one day.. make a difference in malaysian music industry... (that i admire)


So yeh.. think shes not bad looking(some may say.. whats with the SUKI as a name.. and her dress sense does look a bit SUNGEI WANG ish) BUT!!..shes nice!!! so all of that is thrown out of the window.. Also.. she sings a lot of malay songs on the show.. i know this is a gimmick to try to get malay voters.. and many have tried in the past..but i have to say.. she sings some of the malay songs quite well !!! Just check her out on youtube.. type in suki low and you can listen to some of her performance.. Out of all. think this 2 are pretty good.. enjoy!!!



I have to say though. in the 1st clip.. she swings her head from left to right... reminds me of those 'shi chuen chin' girls from sungei petani or teluk intan..u know.. those vids on display at SPEEDY back home during chinese new year featuring lil girls who sings those chinese new year songs and they dance to it as well.. if you dont know what im talking about.. just ask veron.. she used to be one of them..

Have to say.. im not much of a malaysian music fan.. was really excited at Malaysian idol (1st season) but the person i was going for didnt win.. the winner was good.. but i swear some of the ppl who stayed on after the person i was going for left the show.. was not meant to be there...!!! The person i was going for btw was NIKKI!!!.. and you wanna know why i was going for her... WHISTLE REGISTER!!!

So depressed.. guess thats history.. and at least Suki won.. and i think she deserved to win it as i thought she was the best singer out of all.. On to another note.. pretty sure you all have read or known by now.. I screwed up my finger and its screwed now(not literally) Went for basketball training the other day.. after almost 2 weeks of not playing cause my ankle was in pain... played hard and mid way during a game... the guy was defending tried to run pass me.. being the fat ass that i am.. i wasnt fast enuff when he went by me.. however.. sad thing is.. my hands was up couz i was guarding him.. and it got caught on his shoulders..*SNAP* just like that..


i could even hear the sound man.. and in my head instantly i knew it.. i was thinking in my head.. oh fuck... there it goes.. and there it was .. my finger danglin out and stuff.. totally dislocated... Was in shock and in pain as well.. but since i was training at the sport science campus.. there was a guy there who knew his stuff.. and helped me put my finger back in place... However.. it was totally swelled up by then and it hurt.. iced it for a while and went to the hospital after that.. Waited for a long long time.. i arrived the hospital at about 730.. only got home at mid nite.. Guess its a public hospital so i cant complain.. as if you were in malaysia.. you wait for the next 2 weeks also dunno whether you will get attended or not..


did xray and stuff.. and the doc said that nothing is broken..phew* but it was prety badly fractured.. something about my metatarsal joint MCP or MC something or i have no idea what the med term is.. but yeah.. pretty bad.. So now.. its all taped up.. but i have no idea what im supose to do. am meant to see a hand specialist but i cant seem to get an appointment to see one.. and rite now.. half of my left palm is like blue black.. cant see my knuckle for my left pinky and the fourth finger.. and somehow my middle finger on my left hand.. the knuckle part is blue black as well.. all the med students out there.. HOW HOW HOW!!!

Btw... the photos do not do my palm justice.. i swear it looks much more blue black than what the photo shows!!! just somehow didnt look that bad in the photo.. still. if you notice on the right side of the palm.. its sorta blue in colour.. and if you notice closely, my last 2 knuckles on my hand is somewhat missing... im sure ill be out of basketball for a while.. dammit.. WANNA PLAY FOR THE TEAM.. argh!!!!!!! how now. how now..how now

Went for basketball social yesterday.. thus ending my period of 'not drinking'. It was a fun nite i have to say.. everyone dressed up fancy and all for the theme : basketball! Played random random games.. bolting ball.. 5's.. 21 which took forever...

Was rather good games.. i think i like bolting ball and 21.. firstly for 21.. the rules are.. you have to count to 21.. either going to the left(clockwise) or rite(anti) and you count la..1..2...3...21. the person who says 21 has to drink! and if you count 2 numbers it reverses the direction so instead of going to the rite.. you go to the left now... or vice versa.. and if you count 3 numbers it skips the next person and jumps to the person 2 seats from you in the same direction.Basically its something like UNO but with numbers?OK...and after you finish one round..(someones reachers 21) you can come out with stupid rules(after drinking a claw...which is basicaly half a pint) eg: 7 is 14 and 14 is 7, 4 is an answer and 12 is the question to that answer. Basicaly if you count wrong.. if you count when it is not your turn... do anything wrong you have to drink and start all over again...

What we did last nite at one point was coming up with the rule(next person who reach 21 has to shout "COME ON CROATIA") since the game was being shown on the big screen at the pub we were drinking with ..possibly..100 ish supporters cheering for england! hahaha.. quite funny shit..

Next game.. is BOLTING BALL... now this is quite funny. Since everyone was in the basketball team(both guys and girls).. they should know how to pass the ball and to catch it yea! so what we did was we had a mini basketball.. and the game is just to randomly call up someone by their name.. and pass the ball to them! And the trick is to surprise them.. so they cant catch it.couz if they can catch it..nothing happens.. if they cant.. they have to do a claw(half a pint)..now that is still not the fun part... IF someone cant catch the ball or catches the ball whilst toppling someones drinks over the table... the person has to do a SHOE... if the person throws a shit pass and the ball ends up on the table and topples drinks over.. the passer needs to do a SHOE..

Now im guessin you all are wondering what in the world is a SHOE... well this is it.. you take a pot of you drink(beer, cydur etc.) You take off your shoe.. YES.. YOUR SHOE.. and you pour the drink into your shoe.. and drink the drink from your SHOE.. now thats a shoe..

On another note..Not plannin to get the xbox or the playstation anymore.. just thought that im not much of a gamer so i reli wont get my moneys worth if i spend so much on it... of course itll be fun... but i think ill get bored of it reli reli quick!!! so yeah..lomo it is!!.. thanks for voting for the 6 ppl who actually voted(quite sad)..

Final random note.. got a call at 2am in the mornin from my sister in law.. sayin.. "your dad is on the flight on the way to UK.. enjoy..heheh".. whats with the hehehe.. haha. Nah.. siao.. but im not as kan chiong as b4 anymore..Reasons for this is because..

- i no longer have 200+ photos on my wall to take out and to take out the blu tack along with it
- i no longer have 30+ bottles of spirits and alchohol(not including beer...wine..champagne) to hide
-i no longer have to tell my friends to call me Edwin instead of Eddie since i have introduced myself as Edwin since i got here(some ppl still call me eddie for some unknown reason though)
-i no longer only have 8 hours to prepare myself as i did in melbourne(the minimum time my dad needs to come here is at least 16 hours..absolute minimum)
-i no longer need to hide THAT MANY shoes as before(still need to hide a couple)
-i no longer need to worry about my dad coming to look for me after class outside of my building cause i actually attend class this days...CK will know what im talking about
-i no longer need to promise to go to my friends b day(Viv, izz and chris)and get smashed with them resulting in spewin on my aunts garage in front of my dad..sayin its food poisonin more than anything...

So yeah..several reasons why im much more chilled than b4 upon hearin news that my dad is on his way...hahaha..

Final random note.. just uploaded my pics from my camera to my comp and saw this ones that i took with lou and malcom when i met up with them in london when i 1st came here.. went to a nearby park to play basketball with malcom (dejavu ).. and.. just like b4.. i kicked his as in 3 point shoot out .. Just like old times i must say!

Happy birthday to Kai Yau!!! 22 years old already man.. Apparently his not drunk yet.. Man.. do i have to be the one to get everyone drunk around here? cant someone take over my role? Pls.. get this guy drunk... (not till the point he does the infamous snake but drunk enuff)

If im not mistaken.. i cant reli remember how i 1st met you.. but i know one of the 1st time we drank.. it was april fools day.. you all got tipsy.. and you , kenny and mabel decided to pull some pranks at clunies by changing the door handles so you can only open it from one side.. and also left a safety cone (or bucket of water.. or something like that) on top of my bathroom door so that when it opens, the object will fall on my head..(Thank goodness i manage to spot the prank and not fall into the trap)

Also, I can still remember kai from my birthday last year.. and how he was high already.. and we ran out of alchohol.. and he came to me sayin.. eh fucker!! we need more alchohol man.. im not even tipsy ..no where there.. dont know whether he had more to drink after that.. but when he went back.. apparently he ask his sis jin jin to stop the car in front of seasons.. and asked her to park the car while she puked out in the streets!!

Moral of the story!!! When your intoxicated.. you never think you are even though you are!!!

Many fun fun fun times with kai i must sed... all the foosball he teached me!! How he always steals my pull shot!! Our drunken escapades!! Futsal... LATE NITE SNACKS ( how can i miss that).. summer sem this year where we practically hang out everyday.. get mc D's or hungry jacks at like..2 am in the morning.. playing wii.. getting drunk.. poker.. drunk.. poker.. DRUNK...

To sum it all.. drunkeness would be an appropriate word i reckon!

Tankinis

Was just chatting with someone yesterday (name wont be mentioned due to privacy reasons). Rather random conversation that spread from hip hop to shoppin to this and that etc... And that person was talking about how much he/she spent on a tankini ( just read that myself and ill just admit its a she because ... a he wouldnt buy a tankini) For all those who dont know.. ( i was one of them 2 yesterday till i google'd it ), a tankini is like a tanktop/bikini thus the word tankini (i think). I think the bottom is the same.. the same as a bikini bottom.. but the top is more like.. a top that you can wear anywhere instead of a top that is banned from wearing on the east coast of west malaysia.

Just realised that there was no point in that paragraph.. so ill get straight to the point not.. The tankini cost her.. 200 something aussie bucks? SIAO!! mahai.. thats like. rm600 something.... when she first said 200 i thought rm 200 ( YEs, Yes She is from malaysia), then she mana tau she say 200 aussie.. MAHAI! I swear i was shocked for quite a while... just couldnt believe it... but i guess its like some branded thingi... from SEAFOLLY??in melb central? Somehow have recollection of going into that shop before but i seriously cant remember when or why in the world i was in that shop ( must have had a reason... cant just be my pervert self.. wouldnt do such things in public) But yeah.. they got good bikinis.. nice nice sexy stuff!

Still can remember back in high school in aus.. a friend of mine sent me pictures of random japanese models in LV bikinis and burberry bikinis.. and they were hot.. both the bikinis and the models!Random note but yeah.. thought it was worth mentionin.. will try to get a hold of that and let you all see!

But yeah.. 200 man.. think about it.. a bikini/tankini.. only has that much material.. hahaa ( sorry im being calculative and practical.. just too shocked) you compare the material used man... the clothe used.. the material needed for a bikini is liek.. 20 percent or less compared to an actual top.. after all. its only coverin your boobs aint it? I would show a photo.. but cant seem to find one online to show the comparison!

So yeah.. was pretty shocked from that.. but i guess.. its okay lor... checked out the website.. they have reli nice stuff... reli overpriced but their designs are much better than everyone else. And this is what i thought about.. and came to a conclusion.. honestly.. doesnt matter how good the design or the colour of your bikini.. if you dont have the body to back it up.. it still looks terrible rite!! And dont worry.. to the person who bought the tankini.. you're fine.... you have a good body so dont worry .. i wasnt talking about you when i mention about not having a good body to back it up!

In other news today... I want a gaming console!!! Man.. i need one.. ok la.. probably i dont need one.. but i know i want one!!! but its a matter of which one? man.. this is how bad i want it!!! I was actually gonna buy 2 basketball shoes online okay that wil cost me like.. RM 450 each.. in the end i didnt get any.. just plannin to go back to malaysia to buy one pair enuff.. so that i can use the other RM 450 to use towards getting my game console.. good leh!!! my thinking very practical! hahahah....

So yea.. if anyone wants to contribute to my fund!!! by all means!!! The problem i have now is... which console should i get.. the Wii? ps3? xbox 360? Actually i dont even know whether i reli want it lor? i got a psp here and i dont play it that much.. possibly couz i finished 2 games already and cant find a place to download other new games! and eventually i will play it again when Final Fantasy: Crisis Core comes out! hmmm... but yea.. i wanna get the PS3... but.. they havent been able to mod it to play fake games yet... so yeah.. games will be like..super ex.. esp in the uk! Xbox 360 can be modded and can play fake games...but the games that are going to be released on ps3 is much better than xbox...? And chances are.. xbox will die out much faster than ps3.. which one which one which one. . Also... finally gave in to the fact that my food poisoning originated from excessive amount of chilli oil instead of instant noodles as earlier stated. Actually tried cutting it down yesterday to just 2 table spoons instead of 4 that i usually have.. and this morning i was perfectly fine!!

Decided to reformat my computer yesterday. Not for any particular reason.. just felt like doing it as ive been tryin lots of dodgy software the past few weeks to try to watch nba online... without any success!
