GC02&GC03: Thugz mansion

GC02&GC03 was my room in International House for the year 2005. Started off only having one room but after semester i was offered two rooms thanks to kevin setting off the fire alarm which then made IH realise that our rooms were not safe as we have a shortage in terms of powerpoints. IH couldnt offer me any rooms which i was interested, thus giving me the option of getting both rooms, which i took up.

Some people thought it was ludacris, considering both rooms were not connected, and i had to use my key to open rooms each time i walked from one to another. Well, i dont reli mind that...as long as...i have 2 rooms. Think im the only IHer, or at least im pretty sure im the only fresher who has had 2 rooms. Loved the extra space, loved it all, loved all the photos on the wall. Loved how i had to lazy chair, definitely loved my shoe rack, my 2 cupboards...loved everything in my room... it was my mansion.

GC01 was my 1st room, and my so called 'study' room for semester 2 when i had 2 rooms. I was all crammy and stuffy during semester 1 because the ventilation in greycourt is quite bad. Apart from that, so many things cramped into a room doesnt make the air much more nicer to breathe, but apart from that, it was really cozy. In semester 2, i revamp the whole room to make it my study/living room. I had 2 tables, one more studying which i rarely use, and one for my work station, which consisted of my lappy, external harddrive, speakers, camera, printer, and my zen micro...basically all me lovely gadgets. I also had 2 lazy couches for people to sit when they do come and visit. I also had my lovely shoe rack in which it fits just about all my shoes...not all though sadly to say. And on the wall, nothing but photos and posters to bring back memories in my life. GC 02 was truly a place where i could just sit, listen to relaxing music and think about my life...or it can be where i blast my music when im in the mood, or just the perfect place to watch anime or movies on me lappy...as for homeworks and assignments or studies...dont think it worked that well...






GC02 on the other hand, was my bed room come 2nd semester. I moved the cupboard from GC01, thus having 2 cupboards to fit my clothes and toiletries in. Cant say much about GC02 as i was only there for 1 semester, and its the room which i spend lesser time in, only there when i sleep,do my laundry and change i guess.But then again, it was an awesome room to have...and i absolutely love it!So long me rooms, gonna miss ya...
